I've been a Nord customer for 3 years…
I've been a Nord customer for 3 years now and I have had no issues with the company thus far. In fact I've enjoyed their product (NordVPN) and I trust them so much I felt very comfortable expanding to other services they provide. Service and customer support is both helpful and quick. - A very very satisfied customer

Usually I never have a problem with Nordpass but after I wasn't able to login anymore I was quickly assisted by Talia who gave me advice on how to get back in the app. Thanks a lot!

NordPass has GREAT Customer Service!
In setting up my NordPass account I registered and set up the Master, then put the Recovery Key away for safekeeping. Then before starting I wanted to check some review sites regarding the safety of Password Vaults. I found that NordPass was highly recommended. Then when I went to use it I forgot the Master I set, then also couldn't remember where I stashed the Recovery Key. I was guided by the NordPass site to request a reset.
