Nord is always super

Nord is always super. Their customer service is second to none. Rachel helped me with a problem which had wasted the better part of two days (installing Nordpass in fluxbox environment in Linux). She gave me a flathub solution I did not even know about and now MX Linux is rocking and rolling!

Smooth and secure account reset

Tried getting my account reset after I lost the master password and recovery codes. Honestly, I didn't expect a secure vault service to handle account resets this smoothly! And the way the reset happened via a temporary request ID hash; seemed like security was not to be questioned. Kudos!

Bien mais sans plus...

L'extention du navigateur qui se lance une fois sur deux, soit pas de remplissage automatique 50% du temps... Je me fais déconnecter 2 fois sur 4 quand j'allume mon ordinateur, obligé de reprendre mon téléphone pour retaper mon mot de passe qui n'est pas facile non plus... Et pas de support en français ! Donc je suis très déçu de ce logiciel qui se dit être l'un des meilleurs du marché ! Je finis la période pour laquelle je suis engagé pour retourner chez Dashlane car bien plus sérieux !

Brill Support!

My master password stopped working all of a sudden, and within one minute of clicking on the chat button, I had a very expert Justin on the chat box, taking 15 minutes to talk me through rectifying the problem. After an install all is working again. I like NordPass, especially when I get quick helpful support like that.

Log In Problem

Had a log in problem. Contacted the chat option and was ably assisted by the agent. Tried two or three different options and got sorted out. Nice to deal with knowledgeable people.

NordPass Not Opening Resolved!

NordPass was not opening and I was getting a "Request has timed out" error when trying to log into the application. I connected to Talia and she walked me through the process of uninstalling and reinstalling the application and browser extension. After completing these steps, everything was fully functional! This was the only issue I have had with NordPass to date, and I was able to resolve it in a few minutes with Talia's help. Thank you for your great product and support!

Fastest customer service I've seen

Both times when I had questions they responded really quick via the chat and solved my problems.Once I had to cancel a subscription and that was not a problem either.
