Struggles behind proxy
In general, it's quite useful and security seems to be in focus. However, it struggles on desktop when behind a proxy. I have to disconnect LAN, switch to guest WI-FI, turn off proxy, log in and then reverse it all when I'm at work. Looking forward to a more sustainable user experience in this regard 😅If you guys are looking for new features to implement, I'd suggest an easy way to periodically rotate passwords. Oh please stop askin'.
I just never seem to find a Password vault that is can take it easy on security.Im on Mac (still without fingerprint version), and every time i am to use it after log in it needs a password.I just want a software that can be less strict. I log in to my computer with a password, to me that is sufficient. But Nordpass ALWAYS want one in the worse way (by browser pop up)On mobile app its worse. Replaced Dashlane with NordPass
I replaced Dashlane with NordPass when NordPass was first introduced. I didn't have issues with Dashlane, just wanted to try something new. I find NordPass equally as impressive as Dashlane; enough so that I will not renew Dashlane this year. I find it very easy to use and also like how Nord keeps adding new features. In time I believe NordPass will become "the" top-rated password manager.

I no longer boil with rage
I am used to customer service being worse than useless. When I encountered the chatbot with Nord, I grit my teeth and put on my Frustration Seatbelt, anticipating another headache.I was wrong!I quickly got put through the Chatbot to a human operator extremely quickly, the individual was very helpful and got me sorted out in 5 or 10 minutes.
