Aubrey was great
Aubrey was great, because even though we didn't get me in to the Nordpass Desktop app and had to push the ticket to a non-chat support agent they still provided a link to the web vault -- I had forgotten about this new feature until then, so it was extremely useful!

Great service
Great service, great customer service. Have had a couple issues due to my own incompetence with passwords and they are always quick to respond and as thorough as possible, just make sure to generate a recovery code and keep it in a safe place as they cannot retrieve it due to security, which keep ur passwords extremely secure.

Refreshingly simple.
Needed to reset my vault on my nordpass account. It was extraordinarily refreshing to have this process go so smoothly. Dealing with customer service, tech support on chat always has been off-putting. Everyone should work like this.

Could not regain access to my vault
Could not regain access to my vault. Tim got me back in quickly and it was no trouble at all! Super nice, efficient and made me even happier I chose this product!
