Another nord product wins again in the area of top notch support
I was having a strange login issue pretty much all day. I reached out to their support via chat and with a few minutes of troubleshooting CSR Aubrey was able to point me in the direction of the problem which took two clicks... the support experience was painless and easy to walk through

Speedy helpful advice when needed
The Nordpass password manager stopped working on my PC for no apparent reason. I contacted Nordpass and quickly received a request for more information. I then quickly received detailed instructions, which soon had me up and running again.I was very impressed by the speedy and courteous way in which my problem was handled. Excellent service!

Account reset was only remaining option ...
I had forgotten my password and the master password. - Even though I emailed the information to myself, neither was working. - Searching the help files taught me a reset of my account was the only option left. - Quite a bit of my information saved in NordPass was duplicate entries, so I had no problem with my data being erased as a reset will do. - Using the chat feature, I talked with a customer support agent who sent a reset order immediately. - I was then able to create a new password ...
