Great Customer Support with chat. Problems on my end with getting setup and they walked me through it, with a great deal of patience.

Nordpass Opera Extension didnt work, fixed it.
So the nordpass extension for opera wasnt letting me pair, it would ask me to download the desktop app, i had the desktop app, so i couldnt figure out what was wrong, i asked the online customer support guys, who were great, and prompt, and polite, and they got me down use the chrome extension, and it paired and worked fine.Good guys, both of them, and like i said, they didnt leave me hanging forever in a little chat screen with no idea what was going on, or how long i would have to be ...

The product works really well and is…
The product works really well and is easy to set up. We had an issue with changing over from a Premium account to a Family account. Contacted support and Benjamin was very helpful and patient in getting us onto the Family plan.We've been using the NordVPN for some time now and look forward to the same excellent experience with Nordpass.

Kingsley was amazing
Kingsley was amazing. i was so angry and this kingsley person actually stayd calm and showed me how to fix my issue. trust me i arued the whole way and he still went out of the way to help me despite my grumpiness. give this guy/girl some kind of reward. absolutely remarkable employee. Thanks Heaps Kingsley. we both got there in the end. Honest
