What do you like best about NoFraud? All the communication with the team and the account manager is fast and helpful and their system is great, it is super user-friendly. What do you dislike about NoFraud? There is some room for improvement, a more detailed chargeback report would be great! What problems is NoFraud solving and how is that benefiting you? Easier and fast communication. Follow-up meetings. Catching fraudulent orders and many times, resellers!

"Actual AI with solid service to back it up"

What do you like best about NoFraud? The product works and is dynamic, meaning if you have 10 or 15 brands you are attempting to prevent fraud against, it can learn quickly and provide excellent results. What do you like best about NoFraud? No Fraud is great in validating orders, allows more time for other projects and less time scrutinizing orders. Their team is responsive when questions are asked and normally available during our business hours! What do you like best about NoFraud? NoFraud was terrifically easy to set up and has been equally easy to maintain. The sales process was not aggressive and they did well to ensure that their product met our needs. For our AOV their pricing is sensible and has allowed us to be confident in growing our B2C sales. What do you like best about NoFraud? Set up once, no need to constantly monitor and manage NoFraud automates cancellation and refund of fraudulent orders. Most other anti-fraud apps only review for fraud and require you to cancel and refund yourself manually. There are real people from NoFraud's team who come in to review orders that NoFraud's automated system is uncertain of.
