What do you like best about NoFraud? NoFraud has been a great service to help us review and prevent fraudulent orders from being placed. THey offer many services including chargeback coverage that we find helpful! What do you dislike about NoFraud? There are challenges with order updates and orders placed over the phone. What problems is NoFraud solving and how is that benefiting you? NoFraud helps prevent fraudulent orders from entering our system and has reduced our chargebacks.

What do you like best about NoFraud? They are prompt in their actions regarding claims. The website is easy to use and user-friendly. They respond to emails promptly. What do you like best about NoFraud? There's a lot of documentation, making it easy for developers to implement their product. Customer success rep is also very helpful. What do you dislike about NoFraud? Webhook doesn't support fails/reviews to pass. It works for us for the most part thorugh. What problems is NoFraud solving and how is that benefiting you? We were solving an issue with Chargeback protection. We save a lot of money this way.

What do you like best about NoFraud? NoFraud is an easy to use system, easy to understand. Love the blocking feature, this is very handy. What do you dislike about NoFraud? nothing, it is great just the way it is. What problems is NoFraud solving and how is that benefiting you? No more fraud. Plus we can block them from coming back, we had a large problem with fraud until we added Nofraud to our website.

What do you like best about NoFraud? When we launched our site, we were immediately hit with a string of fraudulent orders. The stress was enormous, and I reached out to the NoFraud team in tears.
