What do you like best about NoFraud? The service is well priced and effective at stopping fraud. What do you dislike about NoFraud? No downside. You can choose your level of service. What problems is NoFraud solving and how is that benefiting you? Eliminated chargebacks due to fraud.

"Great service"

What do you like best about NoFraud? No need to waste my employees time managing fraud What do you dislike about NoFraud? There was an issue with payments not properly being auto captured. This is a critical function. What problems is NoFraud solving and how is that benefiting you? We are solving the problem of fraudulent orders which cost us money.

"Saves Time and Eliminates Unnecessary follow up!"

What do you like best about NoFraud? In our business we spent a lot of time on follow up with customers, ensuring infomration is correct and verifying information such as alternate shipping addresses and high-value orders. What do you like best about NoFraud? our chargeback issue is decreasing. and we can see why the order is defined as risk. What do you dislike about NoFraud? not sure why sometimes Shopify defines the order as "high risk", but nofraud is defined as "low risk". Recommendations to others considering NoFraud: NA What problems is NoFraud solving and how is that benefiting you? chargeback issue decreasing and we can fulfill more orders if there is a risk.

She has been great with us the entire time we've had her and she's educated us on different services NoFraud offers that we did not know we needed. "No Fraud Saved us Thousands"

What do you like best about NoFraud? Any fraudulent transactions are flagged, stopped and refunded with no effort on our part. This feature has saved us thousands of dollars, blocking sales to unauthorized resellers looking to export our products abroad. "Great protection, great customer service"

What do you like best about NoFraud? Setup and maintenance, are easy for our platform. The percentage of flagged and failed transactions is low. Customer service is quick to respond and render additional analysis in rare cases when it is necessary. What do you dislike about NoFraud? E-mail setup, and customization. Flexibility with payment methods outside of credit cards. What problems is NoFraud solving and how is that benefiting you? Full fraud protection for our online business.
