"Mixed bag but strong modern RMM"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninja's remote tools are probably its strongest area. I don't think I've ever had an issue with it connecting. Patching is also greatly improved from our previous product and when a patch fails an actual error is given. Antivirus is also always successfully installed which is an improvement from the previous RMM. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? It was very easy to get used to as a non-technical person. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I found it difficult to understand how certain new features such as the ticketing system were meant ot be utilized. The ability to have three remote options is very valuable. The file explorer feature has proven to be extremely useful. "Get RMM"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? GUI interface is easy to navigate and wwasy to find what I need. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The only thing I feel would improve it the remote access API with Teamviewer. At one point I was able to use the Teamviewer Enterprise license but not anymore. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? All my RMM needs are being filled at the current moment.

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ease of use is the main thing we look for within our packges and the number of Features is really usefull for day to day services. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Not Much to say in regards to this! Everyting works as inteneded. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? It Helps with all of our day to day operations with it support.

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Great UI. Agents dont break randomly like other RMMs. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Overall NinjaOne is a great product and I don't have complaints. To be Nit-picky: Ninja remote's copy and paste features need some work. Can't copy and paste from an agent pc to your pc unless going to desktop. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Patch management works great ...
