"Easy to use and better than others!"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Very easy to use and deploy. The alerting process is great, no special setups for raid or smart fails for HDD. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The dashboard could be better for you to customize it. A cleaner look than what I'm used to. Support is good but could be better. I can not think about it, but I think it will be better if you add the log management feature. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? We used to do windows update with WSUS server, but we can get rid of it and it will helps us to remove unnecessary servers

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Coming from Connectwise Automate, I appreciate the ease of use in Ninja for tasks such as scheduling an overnight reboot. Complicated scripts would be required in Automate, where the UI has native options for these common tasks. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Overall NinjaOne is a great product and I don't have complaints. To be Nit-picky: Ninja remote's copy and paste features need some work. "Simplistic but powerful platform"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The ease of use is what stands out. We've used other RMM platforms before and this is by far our favorite. Customer support has been responsive and accurately helpful throughout onboarding and day to day use. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)?
