"Easy to use and better than others!"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Very easy to use and deploy. The alerting process is great, no special setups for raid or smart fails for HDD. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The dashboard could be better for you to customize it. A cleaner look than what I'm used to. Support is good but could be better. "Simple UI with powerful tools, some bugs"

Complicated scripts would be required in Automate, where the UI has native options for these common tasks. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaOne does have a bug in QuickConnect that I'm working through with support. An elevated window of any kind will block my inputs. If the end user ...
