What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The dashboard could be better for you to customize it. A cleaner look than what I'm used to. Support is good but could be better. "Simple UI with powerful tools, some bugs"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Coming from Connectwise Automate, I appreciate the ease of use in Ninja for tasks such as scheduling an overnight reboot. "Simplistic but powerful platform"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The ease of use is what stands out. We've used other RMM platforms before and this is by far our favorite. Customer support has been responsive and accurately helpful throughout onboarding and day to day use. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The only slight negative would be the fact that reporting could be better. It's better than our previous RMM platform but there could be room for improvement. What problems ...
