What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaONE is a great RMM platform that provides one solution to manage our corporate devices. It's onboarding process is slick, and very fast. The toolset has allowed my team to support our end users from patch management, software deployment, cover auditing needs at great value for money. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I have used multiple. RMM software and NinjaOne has been the easiest to use and feature-rich product. By far, the patching, script writing, and remote control are better than the other products I have used. The filtering ability of NinjaOne is more flexible than I have used. "Easy and efficient, a joy to use!"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I like the layout of NinjaOne. It's easy to navigate and has many useful features such as pre-saved scripts, installers and more. Remoting onto people's machines is nice and smooth with the confirmation slider. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Nothing really. I like the fact that its eay to use, scripting languages are actual native languages not some proprietary language you have to be some kind of expert to figure out (Automate). What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? There are occasional bugs, but these are typically addressed in a timely manner. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I really like how Ninja is basically a hub for all things IT. It's has become our bread and butter. We use it for ticketing, remote access, knowledge base, scripting, patch management, RMM, etc. It's been great having everything in the same spot and all the features it provides. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Great support, listens to end users, always iterating features. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? There are some recurring issues - but they are QOL issues only. E.G hovering your curser over a ticket - the pop up will not go away. "Best RMM on the market for any MSP"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Being able to have all my devices and resources in 1 location that I can manage and monitor makes life so much easier with the amount of clients we have. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The NMS feature is faulty sometimes and shows red when it is actually up. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to remotely connect to a device is great.

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Very modern and efficient RMM. Easy to use. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Easy to use. And solves many of the issues we had with the previous RMM. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Better monitoring and management tools. We are able to find more and prevent issues.
