What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? To be able to control the patching of machines through it. To be able to access the machines through the consoles in a really easy way. The use of scripts in a fast way to a high number of devices. The "Custom Fields" in the console. It is a really fast installation and the ".exe" is so light. It supports plenty of OS. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Windows Patch Management and scripting capabilities. Nice GUI and easy to navigate What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? 3rd party software and MS office updates need some attention as they dont always work. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Has replaced our old RMM tool WSUS for windows patch management

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The main panel shows me a lot of information and I have easy access to more specific information about customers and devices. Some very small features that would be very nice to have are missing and have taken a bit to get added. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Many automation tasks that we take care of with Ninja.

From the initial setup to the normal day-to-day use, everything has just worked and been user-friendly. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Easy to navigate, clearly able to differentiate between sites/clients and devices. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Automatic logout time frame is too short. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping us connected to client managed firewalls and servers, as well as notifying us of any outages. This lets us serve our customers effectively.

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The most helpful feature of using the NinjaOne is being able to remote into a user's computer/server for remote support. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I haven't had any issues with NinjaOne so far. Great product.
