What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaONE has made updating and patching our fleet of Laptops so much easier. We can now access all our laptops at the touch of a button, we can send updates to the laptops and know that they are being applied, we can install new software when we need to. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I have used multiple. RMM software and NinjaOne has been the easiest to use and feature-rich product. By far, the patching, script writing, and remote control are better than the other products I have used. The filtering ability of NinjaOne is more flexible than I have used. I like the fact that its eay to use, scripting languages are actual native languages not some proprietary language you have to be some kind of expert to figure out (Automate). "Ninja is the best!"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I love how simple Ninja is to use and how many features they have baked into one product. I use it every day and it's amazing. Onboarding new techs and new customers is super easy. Customer support has been pretty good and quick to access. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Not much. "Truly Life Saving"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The most helpful feature of using the NinjaOne is being able to remote into a user's computer/server for remote support. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I haven't had any issues with NinjaOne so far. Great product. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Allows that tracking/monitoring of client devices.

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Very modern and efficient RMM. Easy to use. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Easy to use. And solves many of the issues we had with the previous RMM. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Better monitoring and management tools. We are able to find more and prevent issues.

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I like the layout of NinjaOne. It's easy to navigate and has many useful features such as pre-saved scripts, installers and more. From the initial setup to the normal day-to-day use, everything has just worked and been user-friendly. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I dislike that we didn't find these software sooner What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Has filled all our gaps as an RMM solution.
