What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? being able to ghet all the machine information from one page, from make and model to CPU and Memory usage What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Windows Patch Management and scripting capabilities. Nice GUI and easy to navigate What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? 3rd party software and MS office updates need some attention as they dont always work. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Has replaced our old RMM tool WSUS for windows patch management

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? 1. Ease of use - NinjaOne is very easy to implement and use it takes minimal training to be able to setup a company and begin reaping the benefits of RMM. 2. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I really like the simplicity of deployment/implementation and use. But at the same time also the possibility of creating multiple customized automations/scripts through a simple and clear interface. There are many customization possibilities. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? To be able to control the patching of machines through it. To be able to access the machines through the consoles in a really easy way. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? When a user or client has any kind of issue, we can easily connect with them and provide service to them. This will be time-saving, prompt service, and great user satisfaction we achieve. "Technician that has used ninja at 3 separate companies."
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I find the clean interface easy to use and this has set itself apart in comparison with other RMM solutuins. Implementation has always been smooth having used group policy and intune to deploy to workstations. Over the last 4/5 years I have raised serveral support tickets that have always been resolved in a timly mannor. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The scripting, alerts, OS patching, and software inventory management are fantastic and work exceptionally well even with little-to-no experience on the platform. Try doing that with LabTech/Automate! Customer support is fantastic, implementation requires no excessive training, and it integrates into HaloPSA, Hudu, and ScreenConnect with ease.
