What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Patch management, software inventory, and scripting are so easy with Ninja. Customer support has been great as well. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Scripting and Automation. Patching and policy setup. both areas are truly helpful during troubleshooting. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Really love the ability to Monitor all the systems, getting an alert based on my preferences, and being able to remotely schedule updates, and run of the day fixes, using scripts. a lot of which are already available, meaning I dont have to write scripts. just apply them. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? There are many positives about Ninja One. It is versatile and well rounded. The UI is excellent and consistant.
