"Hands on the best RMM software"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninja is very easy to implement and use . It is full of useful tools and features for IT professionals. The support team and sales team are excellent. It has become are daily software for remote management , policies , and ticketing. Intergration with our exeisting infrastructure was very easy. "NinjaOne - Great potential"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? It's able to get Windows patching down quite well with granular management of patches to be applied to PC's with different policy sub types on what patches can be applied or overridden for a device specifically. The PC device management is easy-ish to use being able to manage PC's with manual overrides and also what other rules to be applied (e.e. remote control software to be pushed out, restart frequency, container it sits in, ...

"Money saved"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? We manage 1600 pc for patching, but we found that Ninja goes beyond patching with it's scripting and more. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I do wish they had more third party patches. They are adding more. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? All endpoint management. For 15,000 we save 130,000 per year on endpoint managmen.

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? There are many positives about Ninja One. It is versatile and well rounded. The UI is excellent and consistant. The agent is light and comes as one piece of software (remote control software can bundle on top if desired) Highly recomend the Professional SKU giving a great bundle and excellent value for Money. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Simplistic dashboard allows a quick overview of the health of our device estate. Backups need more than just the ability to backup windows systems What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you?
