The patching items around 365 could be improved, but that's largely down to 365 itself not NinjaRMM What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? All of the above purposes. It consolidates them into one, easy to use platform that has helped massively

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? TeamViewer integration makes remote fixes incredibly easy. Proactive monitoring keeps me ahead of problems. Fewer surprises mean fewer urgent calls rearranging my day. Ninja keep my clients organized and easy to access from one central place. The web interface is clean and easy to understand What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? ping monitoring is severly lacking, windows service checks are unreliable What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? it does it's job for the most part

"Ninja Great RMM"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The tool allows the team to remotely support all users in this hybrid working world. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I think the service ticket feature could improve. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? This is solving remote support, patching and allowing auditing to be improved, resulting in help achieving some certifications.

"Endpoint Management, Patch Management and RMM"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The endpoint mangement makes it easy to see every machine that has been added to the platform. It's simple and easy to use even when adding new machines. Every Tuesday it patch management and it let's you know what machines are still pending and require a reboot. "NinjaOne gets my vote"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Very easy to use RMM. So much better that Kaseya in terms of use. Management policies are easy to setup and apply. Scripting is done with PowerShell not some cryptic proprietary language. I use it every day and mange of 600 devices. The alerting features of Ninja is superb and integrates with Auotask. I like how easy to use the NinjaOne platform is to use, making it a breeze to monitor, manage and secure all our devices from a single platform. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I like that everything is in one pane of glass, it is easy to use, support is great.There's always new features being released. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? There isn't a single thing that I dislike but I would like to see MDM enhanced. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? MDM, Ticketin need some focus. This is also in their roadmap.
