"Finally a product that's easy and made by people that care"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninja was so easy to setup. It's fun to tweak. The scripts are simple and there are even some basic templates. It tells me everything I need to know about a computer and what's going on. The integrations have been a huge help. Their documentation is precise, easy to follow and accurate. Our account manager actually cares and checks in on us every 2 weeks. Good vendors are so rare, no matter the product. I'm not really sure I could ...

"Always surprising me. Always useful"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The scripts, and conditional scripting. Being able to set scripts to run based on when conditions are triggered has saved me a ton of time. Customer support is always quick to respond, our account manager is quick. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The automation capabilities and support excedes well above any other product I've used (Kaseya, SolarWinds, LogicMonitor). Integrations into our ticketing system (Autotask) and anti-virus (SentinelOne) were also simple and made pushing our applications and updates to all devices simplified. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninja made it effortless for us to connect to our server environments wherever we had the tool installed, whether on prem or running on VMs in Azure and AWS. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? We like having the toolsets within one Application. Its. easy to use and onboard, and its used by the team everyday! What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? IT ticketing needs to be developed into an ITSM. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you?
