I really appreciate their kindness, great customer service and willingness to problem solve and provide me a complete refund. I wish things would have workout out. Love a people centered service. Worst Mobile App - Avoid!

I have a previous review of Nextiva on here with 5 stars and a glowing recommendation. I wrote that review shortly after signing up with Nextiva and was very pleased with the on-boarding experience. I am still happy with their customer service and the desk phones our company uses. However, the Nextiva app which is critical for our operations is the absolutely WORST app I have ever used!
