I had originally started this service for a job which never came about. I paid for the service for two years and didn't use it. When I called in to cancel I explained the situation and why I was cancelling. Carlos was very understanding, and because of the circumstances he made the cancellation and then processed some credit against the service that had never been used. Don't use if you need SMS messaging

I'm going to rate this company a 2 right now. Their integration for "The Campaign Registry" is terrible. For those unfamiliar, the TCR is a registration for SMS messaging. I understand TCR is out of their control. However, at no point did the salesman or my onboarding specialist even mention the TCR or make any effort to smooth the process. I called Nextiva about price increases on my latest statement. Nick @ CR addressed all of my concerns and investigated the specific features I was being charged for to ensure all the tools we use were not affected and any tools we haven't used could be removed without slowing down our business.
