Process was smooth from sales to tech team. Salesperson, Mario gave me all the details that I requested, followed up when I requested him to follow up. After the sale was completed, he transferred me to Yuri who went over all the setup, step by step so I could use my service.

Not technically reliable - Call drops
We have been using Nextiva for over a year now. They would go above and beyond to sell the product. Once you are in, it is done. We have been experiencing call drops for months now. Isn't that the worst than can ever happen to a business? With more than 4 representatives and a supervisor involved, all we get is that they are "unable to replicate the calls on their ends".
