Honestly, I had become sort of frustrated with the lack of response I had gotten after calling in for help and opening cases. But Jay was able to do what no one else could. He quickly handled and address all my concerns while on the call and quickly followed up with email confirmations. Super helpful and someone the organization should be proud of.
