Two days into the service and already Nextiva not working

Two days into the service, and you guys suspended my account. No heads up no communication. Oh wait, lots of emails to upgrade this and upgrade that. Also calls coming in to upgrade to this service and that service, all along my service is suspended. Your right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Terrible service. Downtime at my end for your inefficiencies.

The on boarding customer service is…

The on boarding customer service is great and Anastasiia is wonderful to work with. Some of the obvious features that should exist don’t. The platform is mainly designed to run from a computer but nowadays it should be more phone mobile friendly.
