Nextiva is TERRIBLE
Nextiva is TERRIBLE! I wondered how there could be so many 5 star reviews as this feels like some beta version of VOIP from the 1990's! Now I know. I got an email in the past couple of days offering to pay me for a positive review. Now I understand all the 5 star reviews. Even the most basic of phone capabilities doesn't work. It literally is so bad you think that someone is sabotaging the system in real time.

Zero stars if I could
Zero stars if I could. The fax box is unfriendly and separate from the app. The phone calls drop as soon as someone answers so my employees are using their own cell phones to make calls. The voicemail requires you to call into a number to retrieve them. As soon as your grace period is over the customer service takes hours, your original account rep will inform you that they won’t be helping you any longer and that you’ll have to go to customer service.
