I had Nextiva 3 years ago, but only used the phone, and email, no faxes but did use the recording option!! The gal that walked me through the system was good at what she does 10 stars!! Justin Stokes was great too!!

Experience onboarding with Carra…

Experience onboarding with Carra Scarbrough This onboarding team, but specifically Carra, was very easy and helpful. We have a small company of less than 15 people and this transition from phones to digital was key to the services we provide. The Nextiva team stayed in contact throughout the couple-week process and were helpful in accommodating our specific server and office needs.

The company we had before never explained anything about how the phones worked and what options were available. Nextiva took the time to explain call forwarding, messaging, recording, texting, and so many other options, we saved money and have 24/7 service

Completely Disappointed

Nextiva is horrible! I am so disappointed in this service, I could go on and on. I was attempting to bring together multiple technologies and asked very specific questions of how things worked as I was attempting to dump my text provider, fax provider and Microsoft Teams. I was told the service worked the same as teams for interoffice messaging. It does not and we have had to continue to use multiple systems.
