Fax # did not get changed yet
I had advised I only would like to renew with Nextiva if I could get my old phone # (920.542.6228) I had. I was told this will not be a problem. I have had faxes sent to this number and I am still not receiving them. This being said. If I cannot receive the old phone number, I want to cancel and receive a full refund. Thank you.

Specifically for Nick @ CR
Specifically for Nick @ CR, he was able to take care of things in my account that other reps couldn't. I understand protocols and procedues, especially around the subject of customer account safety and identity verification, so I understand the other reps limitations but Nick was able to think outside the box in order to get me legitimately verified so that I could take care of this account, where as he could have just told me he couldn't and let it stay my problem.
