OK, but...

Connor was kind while helping me sign on. However, I got some misinformation about a service that was automatically added (analytics) that I was told I could remove in the setup phase working with the setup team. Upon getting to the setup team, I was told I actually needed to talk to Connor instead. Honest mistake, or a scam? I am not yet certain and am waiting to hear back. If it does work and was a mistake, then they will deserve a better review, But for now I remain guarded.
