Jumping Hurdles to Help with Our Account

I have had challenges in the past to access and manage our Nextiva account but Nick @ CR was able to work with me and bypass those previous obstacles. He also took the time to carefully review our account and answer my questions so that I could fully understand. He did not pressure me and was extremely helpful! Thank you Nick!
