Maksym

Maksym, the Project Manager was very patient with us as the customer had difficulty completing the LOA which extended the install cycle a few weeks. He was diligent to follow up without going overboard. He always had a great attitude. I'm hopeful if I get the other two restaurant locations with the same owner that Maksym could be our PM again.

The set up was easy and they were nice…

The set up was easy and they were nice to work with. However, I would recommend hooking up the devices before calling in for assistance getting set up.

Need local in person tech support.

I have stated all along I am Tech illiterate. I do not own a computer. This system was supposed to be plug and play. It did not work. I tried with a Nextiva tech on the phone to use my I Pad to remotely fix it. He did the best he could. He was patient and kind. I was told I needed a laptop or pc. To spare myself further grief I hired a local Tech. He was able, with the help of Nextiva Tech on the phone, to get it to work. The local Tech stated that it was quite involved.
