Not working for international customers

I have wasted a lot of time as an international customer from Germany. I was told I can use international call forwarding on my cell phone but it didn't work, because the mobile app is not working with German IP Adresses. I missed a lot of calls straight from the beginning. Now I have to go through all the hassle one more time , porting my number and switching provider! Thank you for nothing and for burning my money and my valuable time as a business owner!!!

I transitioned to Nextiva because the text messaging feature was supposed to be a part of the features under our contract. If this is not an option, then the contract is null and void for my company because it was signed with the understanding this was included in the service; however, I was not informed that it would be a 5-20 day delay in approving it. First experience and set up!

Everyone I spoke to was so helpful. Jermal was my first person to help me and he helped me get a plan that fit my budget. I am brand new starting a brand new business, so I don't have a lot of money right now. However, with this system, I will really impress my new clients! I know from this, my experience with any issues will be taken care of quickly!

Paul was wonderful

Paul was wonderful. We talked several times over the course of a few days and he worked very hard to get our contract just right. He even threw in 3 free months and a free phone!! So far we are very pleased with Nextiva and very pleased with Paul.
