800# won't let you leave a customer…

800# won't let you leave a customer service message so that sucks.........how do you reach a human? Want to see my "contract" ...........can't locate on my sign in under administration. AND docusign docs are not retrievable......Confused with the plan we have.

The representatives at Nextiva answered…all of my questions.

The representatives at Nextiva answered my questions and provided excellent initial service. After sign up, I had an after hours technical question and my email was responded to by Viacheslav Bystrov within moments, and he took the time to resolve my issue immediately.

Customer Support Line was Subpar

On hold times were a long and the customer service reps didn't understand what I was asking. I ended up asking my rep, who responded within minutes and gave me exactly what I was looking for. Support lines were not what I thought and was told they would be, but my rep is AWESOME!

Nick was very helpful to our needs.

Nick was able to help maintain my pricing. As I told Nick, it seems like we are using phones less and less and using TEAMS/Google Meet or other resources such as cell phones. So, keeping the price as low as possible is needed and he was able to keep the same pricing. Thank You
