I've recently setup our account with Daria which was very easy and straightforward. I am very happy with it as it's helping our business getting more sales. Great customer service. I totally recommend it. I believe it's a great communication tool that can help our business operation be more effective and it's very essential to have a professional phone system.

Great Exerience

I made the switch to Nextiva from another provider. I honestly felt what they offered had great value. The set up was easy and streamlined to my preferences. When I was off the call my account was set up and all of the technical pieces in place. Very little for me to do on my end. I appreciated the walk through and set up. This all saved me time and frustration.

This was a very thorough setup process and was explained very well. I really appreciated the screen control so I could watch all the setting come together, including the call flow process, that was truly helpful.

So helpful!

Nick @ CR was really helpful in getting all of the problems we had resolved. Our account access was attached to former employees and the credit card on file was out of date. Nick was able to add me as an authorized user quickly and efficiently so I could pay our bill and remove the former employees.
