Helpful team and easy setup process

Michael was my first point of contact at Nextiva. He was informative and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. I was excited to learn how all the features they offer checked the boxes of a new phone service I was looking for. Once he sold me on the service, he connected me with Daria who was extremely helpful and efficient at setting up my account and call flows, showing me how to do it myself if I need to change or add anything in the future. Website and phone app setup

The tech was great in setting up the service. Due to time restraints, he moved very quickly. Unfortunately, I forgot how to navigate the system after the call. Fortunately, you can reach out to IT for additional assistance. I recommend being prepared by having the website open and writing down any questions you may have.
