The set-up was easy

The set-up was easy, and the person who helped me with the initial set-up was friendly, patient, and efficient. The salesperson was quite short. He did answer all my questions when I insisted on getting answers. However, he refused to change the quote to show the company's legal name and left it to customer service to handle and to the legal team to change it on my caller ID.

Without a doubt the world's worst…

Without a doubt the world's worst support from any point of view. I had a debit card hacked and had to change my card number. Literally took 45 minutes to get texted a link to change the card info. A week later, that change did not take effect as my "profile" was not set up correctly and I wasted another 45 minutes on chat. I don't know what grade school is running this project but I would run as fast as I could to another company. If I could get out of my contract, I would beg Vonage to ...

My onboarding specialist Maryna was clear and concise about the process. She explained anything I didn't quite understand. I had to fill out a document to port a new phone number and I got a call in just a few days from her telling me it should be complete by the 16th. The number was in working order the next day.

The personnel is the most important beside the great products and services that they sell.
