Not dependable for small business

Man I wish I could give this company negative stars. When we first started we thought it was great but in the last two years we've had so many phone issues as it's incredibly sensitive to your wifi and your phone service will suddenly be out and if you're not checking the phone screen frequently you'll have no idea. AWFUL

AWFUL! I gladly purchased Nextiva just as a small business owner needing a VoIP number to separate from my personal line. Day 1 of setting up the service and it did not work. Spent 20-30 min on the line with IT. Again, this is all within 5 min of purchasing it. They could not figure out the problem. The phone was not receiving or able to place outbound calls. Went with Zoom. Took all of 2 min to pay for, set up and it works.

Nextiva Non-Customer support

Once again, my front office staff has spent nearly 2 hours trying to resolve this company's never-ending issues! This is an ongoing problem with the Nextiva product and has been a thorn in our side for the last few years. They have a weird habit of changing user names when logging in and not informing the user.
