Machelle taking great care of me

Machelle taking great care of me. She was able to get my early termination fees waived. I was unaware that my 26 month contract that I signed over 6 and a half years ago had an autorenewal feature. I was of the understanding that I was month to month after the initial contract. I did not read the fine print of the auto-renewal feature of the 26 month contract. I greatly appreciate Machelle taking care of me.

1 month in, phones don't work

It has taken a month to set up our new phones and accounts. First, we received corded desk phones after we asked for hands free- one of the main reasons we switched to Nextiva. When we finally got the new phones, set up was a nightmare. Nextiva customer support continually blamed the issues to my delay in setting up new phones.
