My walkthrough’s wasn’t complete

My walkthrough’s wasn’t complete, in was told that I would be able to Setup a time to finish the walkthrough but instead received a message saying that they cannot just schedule a walkthrough for fax only. I hadn’t even gotten through the phone setup. I wasn’t told that there was a specific time frame for completing the Initial setup and that I should ask all the questions necessary for my understanding so I guess asking questions ate up the unspecified time that I had available and I have ...

From the first time I called to obtain…

From the first time I called to obtain service I felt that Nextiva would be able to assist me with my business phone needs. The initial setup was well done, phones delivered in a few days and my number was ported without delay/issue. I set up my new phones with Ms. Amanda and she walked me through the process. She was very knowledgeable and very personable. Great experience all around.
