Great sales team and great sounding sales pitch, but no follow through and very poor customer service when it comes to using the service. I do not know how to port a number - thought someone would walk me through that. The online form is confusing to me and I don't know the answers to plug in. Called Nextive and spent way too much time on hold (never got to a representative) Decided to cancel and couldn't send the cancellation form sent to me by email and the online chat sent me somewhere ...
