Onboarding representative was patient and easy to work with. He took the extra time to make sure I was comfortable with the information and explained some rather complicated configuration in how my particular system was set up in a way that was easy to understand.

Almost too easy!!

Isabella was responsive to all my pre-sale questions. Once we committed to service, I was immediately connected to Daria with the setup team, she walked me though setting up users, managing auto attendant and porting numbers. Still have some setup on my end. UI to manage is intuitive and easy to understand. All connected in one phone call granted a long one!! I didn't think set up would happen the same day, pleasantly surprised that it did.
