Great Experience

My sales person Devon was very helpful with his explanations and the pricing. Once I got to set up Alanna (sp?) was an angel and walked me through every step and sent me videos and explanations to help with the parts that I didn't have at the moment, as well as the support number to call if I had problems. Everyone was extremely nice and willing to help out.

Alex I tried to send you an email. If you want

I called to change one answer on my porting form. The 1st guy was a complete ass and he pushed my buttons and I let him have it. I was sent an email by someone that had nothing to do with this form. many others to change one item Pin . Ooma said it was 1234 or0000 they both work .Yesterday was a great day today was a bad day with your company. Anymore like this I will not put up with.
