False Promises

The sales rep who signed us up promised we could port over a number from a closed RingCentral account. He said, "it is illegal for them to hold onto a number if we request to port it to Nextiva." Now I am being told Nextiva cannot port a number from an inactive account.

Our experience with Nextiva and Luis

Our experience with Nextiva and the customer service provided from Luis was excellent and seamless. We wish we could've continued our service with Nextiva as our primary texting and calling services but we acquired a new CRM where we needed a number integrated within it which Nextiva didn't offer. We would prefer Nextiva over the competitor if we were able to integrate with Hubspot.
