Good sound, Sound support - App could be more appealing.

Phone numbers are ported over in a timely fashion. So far, the sound and fax messaging are reliable. The support offered by customer service reps was very good. Nextiva however needs to improve the app so that larger Icons and colors are used to highlight various functionality.

another wasted 4 hours trying to get…

another wasted 4 hours trying to get voicemail setup. Called in first two support people did not know how to setup,,, had to call back 3 times.. then the guy provided some useful info-- he said try it and call back if you have any questions -- practiced voice mail then recorded it ten times then it never worked now on hold for an hour .. tomorrow is another -- lets wase four hours tomorrow
