Great Onboarding Experience

I just purchased the Nextiva Pro Plan and I'm loving it so far. Nathan Renken is the gentleman who helped me choose the right plan. He's not a typical slimy salesman. He's very professional, helpful, and fun to talk to! I also want to give a special thanks to Daria Andreieva. She is absolutely the best, and if I could, I'd give her 10 stars for her onboarding setup and assistance! Dear manager, if you're reading this, you should consider giving Daria a promotion. She is that good!

Easy, Fast, and Efficient

Setup my entire system in less than a day. I originally tried to go with my cell phone provider to keep things easy. That was a huge mistake, they used a third party person to setup the system and in 6months they were unsuccessful in finishing the setup.

At the very first, the onboarding was a bizarre. I should have learned the lesson at the time of onboarding. I had to pay 3 times at the beginning and they refunded me the 2 payments. After that they were not proceeding my 10DLC registration. I had to go back and forth for it's registration and when I asked for a refund, they gave me huge discounts and expedited my 10DLC registration. For 15 days, my life was smooth and out of a sudden on 8th July, I got an email out of nowhere that their ...
