Amazing Customer Service by Joshua F.
Wow, just wow. Joshua F. was an amazing representative assisting me with this request I had. An employee/rep like Joshua is definitely deserving of a promotion or raise. If he was residing in California with his state licenses to offer insurance policies, like I am, I would have definitely offered him a good position at our office. Thank you Josh!

Terrible phone service
Terrible phone service. Terrible customer service. Every time you call in trying to fix a problem, they blame it on you even when they later realize it's things that only only fix internally. 3/4 of the calls get dropped and they always have an excuse for everything. Don't mess around with Nextiva.
