Nick @ CR did a great job

Nick @ CR reached out via telephone first and left a voice message. Then emailed follow up to request best time for me to schedule a call. He called during that time and listened to my needs and helped resolved my issue very quickly and easily. He was easy to understand and listened well. Nick was very helpful and kind.
