Great Account Manager ... Not So Great Support
Honestly, it's been rocky the past several months. One of our biggest issues is with the new NextivaOne App. We lost much of the simplicity and functionality of the old app. It's not been a smooth transition at all. Several of our employees refuse to switch to it until they absolutely have to. The other big issue is we are unable to call some customers and prospects because their phone number gets stuck in porting it out of your system. And it literally takes DAYS to get that fixed. Nextiva is Awesome!!
We switched over to our Nextiva office phone solution a few years ago, and are very pleased with the way it has performed for us. Administration, Moves/Adds/Changes are much easier than our prior on-premise solution. On the few occasions that I have needed to call for support, the support team has been knowledgeable, helpful and answered my questions thoroughly. Thank You Nextiva! "Amazing"
What do you like best about Nextiva? The interface of the app, and how it flows through the calls when and I want to forward a call, and make contact with different teammates. Thanks to this the clients doesn't have to wait to much.

What do you like best about Nextiva? The actual phone service itself is flawless. Sales and tech support 100%!Pricing is fantastic in compassion to other Vo/IP providers in the marketplace. Tech support is open 24/7 and works very hard to get any issues corrected in a time-sensitive fashion.
