Awesome onboarding!
Awesome onboarding! Really enjoyed every minute of switching over and loved the responsiveness to all our questions and when little problems arose how quickly they were addressed and fixed. Can't wait to continue our work using Nextiva!

Customer service that actually cares and deviates from the script to solve a problem.
Nick @ CR, case #03648920. Not going to get into the details of the case, but Nick could have easily said "this is our policy, sorry, I cannot help you". Instead, he looked at a previous case on the same subject and agreed that this situation should at least be considered to be handled on an individual basis. Bottom line, Nick actually cared about me as the customer, and it showed. He didn't just read from a script, he actually took the the time to "think"; customer service people never ...

The support person I spoke with, Maryna, was very detailed, patient and helpful. She walked me through the setup and I think we are on our way to successfully using the Nextiva system.

I had a terrific experience starting…
I had a terrific experience starting with Mario. He provided guidance to help me determine which package for my business. He then transferred me to Anastasia. She was very complete with her instructions and making sure I understood the functionality of each component. She did not miss a beat. In addition, my overall experience with Mario and Anastasia was positive and pleasant. I am looking forward to using the system.

The sales team was friendly

Great Service, Great Company, and the best is their customer service. They are always answering fast and do a great job!
