My support personal "Gieraldine" was excellent in speech, politeness, knowledge in how to guide me through what I needed to accomplish. She is a great customer advocate. She helped me complete all the task that I needed to do. She did not rush me through the process. She worked with me until I was able to understand what I needed to do.

System doesn't work and was told…
Thursday 08/22/2024 - System doesn't work and was told everything was in working order. paid my initial set up and then was told it won't work as told by the sales rep. Friday 08/23/2024 - as of now I canceled my service as the system as stated previously does not work. 3 tech's later and all confirmed it would not work. I then was told as I canceled my account that was never used for even one call, that I would not be charged a early termination fee and that it would have to go higher up ...
