Account Manager Himself Should Get 5 Stars

The only reason I gave such a high score was because of our account manager, Travis Branham. He has, unknowingly, talked me out of switching to a new company a few times. The system is very difficult to follow and many times I've been on the phone for over an hour while a tech tries to set something up. Travis does all he can to take care of problems that I've brought to him.

Nick from Customer Relations has been excellent to work in helping to resolve errors with our contract from the sales process. He has insured to keep me up to date along the way and dot the i's and cross the t's. He is clearly well versed and I would be happy to work with him in the future!

Nextiva Desk App Problems

There have been far too many issues with Nextiva One App. The research time needed with Tech Remote access is extensive and does not solve the issue. Usually, they are level-one technicians. The case is escalated to the engineering team and sits without any updates. If am asked if I have additional issues the concerns are stacked on the same case not logged as a separate issue. Lacking Back End Features

Nextiva as a phone system works, however it's quite difficult to manage. From an IT perspective: 1. There's no way to generate an extension list 2. When you delete an account, then the employee returns the old account still exists in the system and can't be reused 3. The restrictive licensing means that accounts need to be renamed to people who take over their positions, but if someone does that or gets married it's impossible to re record somebody's name without talking to support. 4.
