I was very surprised at how friendly, professional and helpful the team members were with assisting me with making the purchase and the installation process. It was such an easy process and it was completed all within one phone call.

Stay away, poor technology and service
Stay away. They will tell you whatever needed to get you to sign up with them. Once you do, forget about getting service. They will get back to you,but won't solve anything. When we signed up, they promised us we will have text approved as per the new guidelines within 21 days, it has been 4.5 months, we still don't have text and no update on when we will get approved. ( Approval is done by a third party, but it is based on the application submitted, other companies do a much better and ...

Incredible, they really will work with you.
Shockingly surprised in a positive way. It was unfortunate I had to cancel my service due to special circumstances, however the cancellation process went way better than I expected. The cancellation customer service rep spoke clear native English, had a soft voice, and was easy to talk to. Genuinely cared about my circumstance and spoke with managers to find a solution which I was happy with and was no hassle at all, handled in a few short minutes. Before paying for the product make sure…
Before paying for the product make sure that the Nextiva application is compatible with your computer. Because we did the whole process, paid, the person realized that the web application of Nextiva did not work so I had to download the desktop version. Then to see more options could not. Call customer service was 20 minutes of waiting for someone to attend to me. The person escalated the case to the engineer and the engineer's answer was basically that no was not the problem of Nextiva if ...

I appreciated their patience in helping…
I appreciated their patience in helping me understand their product. Also the person that assisted me to actually set up my account was excellent - patient, knowledgeable. I also appreciated that they honored the prices I saw on one of their 'partner' sites. I didn't give a 5 star review due to me needing to email them twice, on two different occasions, to get my answers to my questions. I was assigned a new person who did immediately answer my additional questions, which was much appreciated.
